We do not write adoption profiles for families because it is critical that expectant parents get to know you through YOUR words and YOUR style. We absolutely, however, help you clarify meaning and strengthen your message and will provide specific editing suggestions when appropriate.

We will electronically deliver to you a print-ready, color PDF of your adoption profile. You can take this file to a local FedEx Office/Kinko’s, OfficeMax, or professional printer of your choice or you can work with one of our printers.

We will also provide you with a lower resolution PDF of your adoption profile so you can also attach it to your adoption profile website or email it to interested potential birth families, attorneys, or agencies.

It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to create your finished adoption profile. The biggest driver in terms of turnaround time is how quickly you can provide quality pictures and text. During our initial call we will assess what you have ready to go and will provide you with an estimated completion time.
Absolutely not. Our graphic designers (we have 4 on staff by the way) focus solely on adoption profiles and have completed hundreds of them — hundreds of one-of-a-kind adoption profiles. We don’t use templates to speed the process. Each adoption profile is as unique as the prospective adoptive parent(s) for whom it is designed.
